Local 212's Presidential Preference Poll Results

December 3, 2007

Before Thanksgiving, Local 212 held a presidential preference poll among our members.

This was not a scientific survey. Rather it rather gives a glimpse into the preferences of some of our members almost a year away from this important election.

One of the interesting results was that the third highest vote getter was the choice: “I don’t feel I have enough information about the candidates to decide right now”.

We hope to provide some of that information to all of you over the coming months. Specifically, we want to let you know the positions of candidates on those issues which directly affect our members, our students and the communities we serve.

Thank you to those of you who filled out the survey (256 responses).
