Local 212 Delegates Announced for 2025 AFT-Wisconsin Convention

Local 212 is pleased to announce that three Full-time Faculty, two Part-time Faculty, and one Paraprofessional delegates have been nominated to represent our union at the 2025 AFT-Wisconsin Convention, taking place October 21–25.

Because the number of nominees does not exceed the delegate allotment for Local 212 a delegate election is NOT necessary this year.

The AFT-Wisconsin Convention is an important opportunity for members to organize, learn, and help shape union priorities, including resolutions on labor law reform and strengthening education from K–12 through higher education.

Congratulations to our delegates Bev Johnson, Kristen Barr, Lisa Conley (FTF), Lynette Harvey (para), Stacy Smiter and Jack Forbes (PTF). Thank you for representing Local 212 at this important event!
